WHAT IS PLASTIC STATIC?

Plastic Static is a share platform with; ideas, galleries, techniques and facts for used PE plastic (polyethylene).

This site is a building block to normalise waste PE as a viable, versatile and vibrant design material.

Plastic Static is PHASE 1 of the 6 phase PlastiSCENE program.

PlastiSCENE is the world’s first program transforming the biggest waste plastic on the planet into design material

The 6 phase program will see waste PE used so broadly across the community it will no longer need to go in the *recycling bin let alone anywhere near *the ocean, the environment or landfill.

*There's over a 90% chance plastic going into the recycling bin wont be recycled according to the ABS and the EPA.
*Polyethylene is the most found plastic in the ocean, the environment and landfill.
